The feed tab shows recent activities by players that are watched, protected or banned as well as any accounts being followed.
The following tab shows all of the people @CheatOMeter is following. @CheatOMeter will enforce all of the bans from the people @CheatOMeter is following, unless they have protected the banned player
The followers tab shows you all the people following @CheatOMeter. Unless they are protecting the player, @CheatOMeter's bans will be enforced on @CheatOMeter's followers servers.
The assessments tab shows all of @CheatOMeter's banned, protected and watched players.

The sightings tab will show the players recently streamed from @CheatOMeter's rcon tool. This tab is useful to find a player that is, or was recently on, @CheatOMeter's server. Keep in mind that it could take a couple of minutes for the rcon tool to stream the players information.
The enforced bans tab shows a historical view of all players, which have been banned from @CheatOMeter's servers.
